Natural History Museum In London Dressed Up A T-Rex In A Christmas Sweater

The sweater took 100 hours to put together, but it was all worth it to see the large T-Rex in a fitted Christmas jumper.

If you happen to go to the Natural History Museum in London, one of the primary attractions is the dinosaur exhibit. This includes a large T-Rex, which has been thrilling people of all ages for years.

This year, the museum decided to take things in a different direction by teaming up with a clothing company, British Christmas Jumpers in order to dress up the T-Rex and get him ready for the festive season.

If you go to the museum, you will see the biggest Christmas sweater on the big dinosaur, and is made from 100% recycled material!

There’s just something about looking at a dinosaur in a Christmas sweater that puts you in the mood for the holidays. I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s an ugly Christmas sweater, after all, the T-Rex has some pretty big teeth.

What I can say about it is the fact that it took more than 100 hours to put it together. Even the director for that clothing company admits that they had never done anything like this! He said to BBC: “It’s probably the biggest thing we’ve made and going forward into the future there are other big projects planned.”

Considering the year that we’ve had this past year, we really needed the comedic break and this is a great way to bring it to us.

According to the New York Times, the buyer and product developer for the museum, Carla Treasure, even admits that there is nothing funnier than a jumper fitted for a dinosaur! That is especially true since he has the “tiniest arms in the world.”

Perhaps Carla sums things up best when she says: “I think it makes it slightly less scary.”
