Barbra Streisand & Kris Kristofferson Reunite 43 Yrs Later For “A Star Is Born” Duet.

In 2018, Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga starred in the fourth remake of “A Star Is Born”. While the duo brought new fans to the classic story, they were preceded by other great performers including Barbra Streisand and Kris Kristofferson.

Barbra and Kris starred in the 1976 version of the film which was equally as popular as the 2018 rendition. Though the actors were happy to pass the torch to Bradley and Lady Gaga, they haven’t forgotten their own roles – and neither have their fans.

In April, Barbra had teased fans on Twitter with a photo of herself and Kris with the caption, “It was so wonderful to see my friend Kris who stopped by yesterday. Stay tuned…” Fans speculated what the reunion photo meant, but no one knew for sure.

Then, at a recent concert at Hyde Park in London, Barbra revealed the surprise when Kris appeared on stage with her and she told the audience, “Here’s a song that we sang together in the movie. I love this song.”

The duo went on to sing the movie’s classic ballad, “Lost Inside of You”. Despite all of the years since filming the movie, Barbra and Kris didn’t miss a beat and performed the song beautifully. They were still in sync and, much like Bradley and Lady Gaga, shared a chemistry that could fool anyone into thinking they really were in love.

The beloved duo completely nailed their performance and proved that, even though there is a newer version of the movie, they still have the star-power and talent it takes to make a love story for the ages. We can only hope it’s not another 40+ years before they team up to sing together again.
