He Used Their Attic As A Studio…Now This Artist’s Painting Is Worth A Fortune! 

This is definitely a feel-good story. Back in the early 20th century, the parents of the man in the video below used to let an artist by the name of Maynard Dixon stay in their home (he didn’t have much money, and actually used their attic as a studio). When the couple got married, Dixon made them an original painting as a gift. Now, nearly 100 years later, that painting is worth a small fortune!
