Man, we love antique furniture and today’s feature is a piece that was truly before it’s time! This Berlin Secretary Cabinet is an amazing sight to see. Created by Abraham Roentgen and his son David, this massive piece of furniture is an engineering wonder that included doors and drawers opened by the push of a button (no joke!).

The cabinet belonged to King Frederick William II, and is marvelous not only for its intricate decoration and sheer size, but also for the mechanics involved in all of the secret compartments.
