5. Food: Now At A Local Table Near You

The type of food we eat, how we get it, and how we eat it has changed quite a bit over the years. It’s very rare that people get their milk delivered to their doorstep by a milkman. Fast food actually tasted good, and we only ate it on occasion. Usually, we would have a sit down meal with the entire family. Soda shops served treats like Brown Cows, Egg Creams and Catawba Flips! We weren’t as concerned with eating healthy, because everything seemed to be of a higher quality. And we were in shape because we were always outside playing (see number 3).
