These 7 Heart Throbs Made Us Swoon in the 60s!

1) Frankie Avalon

Avalon started playing for TV audiences at the tender age of just 11-years-old. This versatile star went on the sing some top hits and to act in many beach-themed comedy teen movies with Annette Funicello, among other stars. Teen beach films like Beach Party and Beach Blanket Bingofirmly cemented the genre in popular culture and made Avalon’s face even more recognizable.
