An electrician working in the basement of a mall in Boulder, Colorado discovered something unusual in the building’s foundation – a vintage revolver. The revolver is mostly likely a Smith & Wesson “No. 1,” a seven-shot revolver that was produced between 1860 and 1868. In those days Boulder was a frontier town and carrying a gun was a common practice.

It is not unusual for vintage guns to turn up in the most unlikely of places.
