People play video games for different reasons. For some, it’s the need to calm down and have a little relaxation, but for others, it’s the exhilaration of a fast paced game.

For one 93-year-old man, it was all about the car.

This Japanese grandfather always loved driving, and he recently started playing a simulation racing game so he could drive his old car again.

After his grandson showed the video of him playing Gran Turismo Sport on YouTube, it went viral. He was even using a PlayStation steering wheel, and it was obvious that he was having a lot of fun.

As he drove around the simulated racetrack in the Mazda Savanna RX-7, it produced a nostalgic feeling that was easy to see. After all, he drove that car some 30 years prior. As you watch him completely immersing himself in the game, you can see that he had a love of those vehicles.

It comes as no surprise that he was a taxicab driver in Tokyo during the 60s and for the next couple of decades, he was a dump truck driver. He has driven many cars in his life, and he loved the opportunity to get behind the wheel and drive this one.
