How will our kids not understand being a kid, you might ask? Well, the definition of what it meant to be a kid has changed quite drastically. In the Good Old Days, kids played outside, sometimes in the street, until the sun went down and the street lights came on. We didn’t always have a helmet or pads, but if we got hurt, it was our own fault! Toys that would be labeled “dangerous” today like chemistry sets or Easy-Bake ovens were the norm! Not to mention, most toys required imagination above all else.
