Man Takes A Picture Of Himself Every Day For 15 Years
He created a time-lapse of the photos so you can see him aging from 13 to 28 years old.
No matter how hard we may try, there is no slowing the aging process. Time is an endless march. That’s what makes this video such a great watch.
Jordan Wilson embarked on one of the more ambitious projects that we have seen in some time. This man took a photo of himself every single day for the past 15 years and we are astounded by his level of commitment.
The photos spanned the ages of 13 to 28. Of course, these photos had to be put to good use and he came up with an idea that is sure to attract a sizable amount of attention. The time-lapse video that he put together is a stunning watch. If you have never seen someone age 15 years over the course of 4 minutes, this is your perfect chance to do so.
Peter McIsaac provides the soundtrack for this video and it is a fitting one. This is not the first time that someone has decided to make a video like this but it might be our favorite out of all of them.
Some may have seen the video that was created by Noah Kalina, who is responsible for the creation of the Everyday app (in case anyone is curious as to where that came from).
If you have seen The Simpsons episode where Homer decides that he is going to take a picture of himself every single day, Kalina is also the inspiration for that. The idea that Homer would remember to take a picture of himself every day over the course of 39 years seems a bit far-fetched to us but what do we know?
It’s such a good idea, we wish that we had thought of it ourselves. Of course, it can be hard to be confronted with the results of the aging process. We might find a few too many gray hairs and start to get paranoid.
All jokes aside, this is a great video and we love to see the effort that these time-lapse content creators are willing to put in. It takes serious guts to take photos of yourself every single day like this so we have to give props where they are due. We are not sure if we would be willing to do so. That’s why we are going to sit back, relax and enjoy this amazing video.
