The toaster may not seem like a game-changer in the grand scheme of things, but when you really think about it, many of us probably take it for granted! The ability to heat our bread to a delicious, crisp product without having to deal with open flames or long wait times is really quite a privilege; just don’t stick a fork in it.

Ah, the radio! In an age when you can practically find any song you’re looking for on the internet in a matter of seconds, the idea of waiting for your favorite song to come on probably seems archaic. Yet before the television, the radio was the go-to for in-home entertainment. Classic radio programs offered everything from comedy to soap-operas!
