I Grew Up Listening To This Song, And Never Knew It Was From An Old Movie!

They definitely don’t make music like this anymore! In 1941, the movie “Sun Valley Serenade,” starring Sonja Henie and John Payne debuted, and was eventually nominated for an Academy Award for Best Song. While the most notable song from that movie might be “Chattanooga Choo Choo,” by The Glenn Miller Orchestra, there were plenty of other feel-good melodies that have since been forgotten about. In the following clip from Glen Miller Time, the lovely Castle Sisters perform one of the movie’s hit songs, ”It Happened In Sun Valley.”
