Dubbed the World’s Most Complicated Wristwatch ever, the Grandmaster Chime ref. 5175 is more like a work of art than a wrist watch. Patek Philippe only created seven of these beauties, with one of them remaining in the Patek Philippe museum in Geneva. The other six are being priced at $2.6 million!
