We just love these 17th-18th century recipes, so we were so excited to find this video from Jas. Townsend & Son, Inc., featuring a 17th century cheese tart! Similar in texture to what we’d now call a cheesecake, this cheese tart actually features a decent helping of parmesan cheese, giving it a much more savory flavor.
